In light of ongoing depreciating values of real estate throughout the United States, United Guaranty has established a list of declining markets.
United Guaranty's declining markets policy is applied at the CBSA level. The ZIP codes listed are the standard US Government ZIP codes for the CBSAs that United Guaranty considers to be declining.
Periodic updates will occur.
